Clarence and Ingrid have three children who are all involved in farming and live near them. Clarence has been interested in the Texas Longhorn breed for many years and finally in August 2015, purchased their first cows. Since then they have jumped headfirst into the Longhorn world and have met many great Longhorn friends along the way! The name “Harm-N-E Longhorns” came out of a desire to acknowledge Clarence’s parents “Harm” (Harry) and “Antje” (Annie) Dekens who helped them get their start into farming. Together their names spell Harm-N-E (or Harmony) Longhorns.
